Sabotage

Caught Arnold Schwartzenegger’s new DEA/Cop flick Sabotage (“Hey, we need a title for this movie that makes people want to see?” “Why bother?” “Good point! Let’s call it Sabotage!”). Just as in his last post-governor movie (The Last Stand), Arnold could make any high-concept action/sci-fi flick or comedy that he wants and he makes a generic action flick. This movie has some good, suspenseful action scenes in an otherwise tired and tedious story (way more tedious story than action – it’s almost two hours with maybe 20 minutes of interesting stuff). There’s mystery to the story and it results in a pretty good showdown with a bad guy that was a little more meaty than expected. But getting there is tedious. Also, very gory and very violent. And very mediocre.
