So The Artist is the front-runner for Best Picture this year. Saw it. Can’t say I agree in the least. It’s a story any movie goer familiar with the classics has seen before (can the silent film actor adjust to talkies?) so it’s not original. Sure, it’s a black & white silent film made today… but so what?
