Avengers Assembled… and it’s good. Wish I was doing backflips (wish I COULD do backflips… heh) but it worked and looked fantastic and was fairly fun and funny. It ain’t no Dark Knight but it’s better than, say, Thor and Iron Man 2… It was great they could pull it off and get the cast (minus Edward Norton – but Mark Ruffalo was actually quite a bit better as Banner/The Hulk). The bad guys (not counting Loki) were really generic and that kind of hurt the big spectacular fight at the end of the flick (and the post-credit stinger had me scratching my head since I’m not a big comic reader). Overall, a good time.
