About the only thing I found interesting about this Swedish slasher is who the victims are. Instead of a camp full of teenagers, it’s a camp full of mid-tier corporate stooges… that’s different. But, um, doesn’t make it particularly good.
The flick is about a team-building camp with a bunch of coworkers trying to unite over an upcoming deal. A slasher with the gimmick of an oversized Swedish boyscout mask is also here racking up kills…
The flick looks pretty good and using older actors in a slasher is an interesting angle. There’s some good scenery, some mild comedy, and some of the kills are creative and a little interesting.
But the film didn’t do much for me. The killer isn’t all that scary and the mystery of who he is is not all that interesting. I’ve seen worse slasher films though… and this might be the best one out of Sweden…?
