Caught two romantic movies this Sunday… first was Julia Louis Dreyfuss / James Gandolfini’s new mature romantic comedy (with a generic title) Enough Said. A smart, intelligent, and adult (as in, for adults, not “adult”) comedy with a slightly sitcommy twist (it’s in the trailers but I guess it was meant to be a surprise). It’s good stuff. Sweet and funny and has just as interesting sub-plots involving their kids (18 year old, for once, played by kids who looks their age). And, yes, one of James Gandolfini’s last films… and somehow Julia Louis Dreyfuss’ first lead role in a movie. Huh.
