I Love You, Beth Cooper is a teen comedy about a valedictorian who gets up on stage during commencement and declares that he loves Beth Cooper – the head cheerleader who doesn’t know he exists … and then bashes a bunch of people and outs his best friend.

Hayden Panetierre – Claire on Heroes – is really yummy in the movie and it totally pulls off some bullcrap that would never happen in real life. The kinds of things that only happen in a teen sex comedy… and even then, some of it is highly doubtful even within this genre.

It’s certainly not the worst movie in this genre. I liked the actors and I think it’s trying to say something about the teen years. Betrayed a bit by how far it goes, sometimes.
