Egads. I gave this flick a try since it had some decent, if not exactly remarkable, cast members… but it was a dud on an impressive scale.
The film is about a trio of brothers who get a girl hooked on drugs and how her best friend decides to kill them. So… they didn’t exactly turn her into a killer so much as did something rotten so she decided to become a killer of her own volition. Got it.
This film is a disaster with near universally bad acting of a universally bad script. The kind of script that repeats information between scenes, within scenes, and sometimes even within the same sentence. Nobody was paying attention to what they were being forced to say so maybe that’s why everyone is such a bad actor.
The film claims to star Kane Hodder (who played Jason in a few Friday the 13ths), Tarryn Manning, and Scout Taylor Compton… two ladies with a list of decent movies in their filmography so I hoped they’d bring something to a low budget thriller. If nothing else, they brought competent acting but it didn’t matter since the movie is so badly written.
The film runs around in circles, beginning with the final scene and padding the flabby middle with a bunch of side character and plots that go nowhere and mean nothing.
This is a very, very, VERY bad film. It goes nowhere, it says nothing, and it’s a waste of everyone’s time (especially mine… but kinda yours too if you read this far. My apologies).
