Saw The Internship today – the Vince Vaughn/Owen Wilson comedy about Google that isn’t so much an advertisement for Google products but a recruitment video for working at Google itself (they have a slide). Vince Vaughn and Wilson plays similar bullshit artists they usually play but interestingly they are genuinely nice guys who are out to really support their intern team… and their BS is just their salesmanship and isn’t meant to be seen as negative. I was kind of impressed by this movie – it was fairly funny but surprisingly heart warming… even if I think *gasp* 40 something year old men might have an inkling about how the internet works (but maybe not these guys…). I’d like to think so anyway!
