Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life is pretty much just a bad movie. It isn’t without a squeak of merit but you have to go digging (hah!) to find it.

It seems to be confused and thinks its something of a drama instead of an action movie. The action there was just had no energy, no zip, no life – and it didn’t even try to feel like the first movie – or like the video games. Just all the wrong tone, the wrong story arcs, etc.

It’s just not Tomb Raider (whatever that means). Keep in mind that I very much enjoyed the first flick.
